Part of a collection that Defne Koz has designed for the 888 Turkish design brand, WALL is a modular sofa system with integrated coffee tables, a contemporary approach to traditional Ottoman [Turkish] sofas.
Similar to these, it is enriched by decorative textiles and pillows of different sizes. However, while the traditional sofas were positioned along the perimeter of a room, WALL can be placed also in an open space, defining a private, enclosed space thanks to its continuous platform.
Such platform, combined with modular, movable cushions, also allows the creation of integrated table spaces for trays, newspapers, books.
