With the introduction of a new collection of contemporary design, the company Mitterteich asked us to create a new brand, specific to this collection.
The old Mitterteich logo has been revisited and rebalanced, and on top of it a new sub-brand, named 1400 degrees from the firing temperature of porcelain, has been introduced.
The 1400-degrees logo is simple and contemporary, in non-serif font, thin enough not to compete with the old logo, with the added ‘signature’ element of a red circle to remind the product, plates, and to add personality.
In addition to the new logo, our creative direction of the brand also included the art direction of product photos of the new collection, the visual design of the catalogue, as well as the design of the corporate stand at the Ambiente Frankfurt Fair in 2013, for the launch of the collection.
